SEDORWOOD JIG. Scottish, Jig (6/8 time). A Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Composed by Scottish national champion fiddler Arthur Scott Robertson(1911-2000) who was born in Bressay, Shetland, but who eschewed traditional Shetland fiddling for that of the Scottish North-East. He was a student of J. Murdoch Henderson, and a friend of Hector MacAndrew. He won the Scottish Fiddle Championship in 1969.
