BOIL THE SAP. American, Jig (6/8 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Composed by New England contra-dance keyboard musician and composer Bob McQuillen (1923-2014, Peterborough, N.H.). The title refers, on the surface, to the process of boiling maple sap to make syrup.
