Additional notes

Source for notated version: - the 1800-1802 music manuscript collection of ship's fiddler William Litten, who seems to have served with the British Navy in Asia just at the turn of the 19th century. The ms. was apparently entrusted to a shipmate, and ended up on Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts.
