REEL DU VOYAGEUR [1] (Traveler's Reel). AKA and see "Miss Forbes," "Miss Horgan's," "Reel de Napoléon (1)." French-Canadian, Reel (cut time). F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABB'. Researcher Jean Duval identifies Allard's "Reel du voyageur" as a version of Scottish fiddler-composer Daniel Dow's "Miss Forbes." Allard recorded the tune again in 1937 as "Reel de Napoléon (1)", and once more in 1941 released as "Reel ouverture du bal." Boucher appended the alternate title
