FLANNIGAN'S POLKA. AKA and see "Celina le Blanc." Canadian, Polka. C Major ('A' part) & G Major ('B' part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. This tune appears to have wide dissemination in the northern United States and in Canada. The alternate title "Celina le Blanc" is the title North Dakota fiddler Poe Pancerzewski called the tune.
