FOXY MARY [1]. Irish, Jig. D Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Learned by Joyce in his boyhood in Limerick, mid-1800's. Breathnach (1976) finds the first part similar to the first part of "Bímíd ag Ól (1)." A related jig is Breathnach's "Toormore Jig."
