MRS. CHREE. AKA - "Mrs. Cree." Scottish, Highland Schottische or Strathspey. F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Composed by J. Scott Skinner (1843-1927). Hardie (1992) remarks that Mrs. Chree resided at the schoolhouse, Keig in Aberdeenshire, and presumably was a schoolmaster's wife.
