The title in the mid-19th century James Goodman Manuscripts in the library of Trinity College, Dublin, is "Skin the Peeler." Breathnach says "Late Home at Night" is another name for the tune from County Kerry, and gives a song to it from Connemara (collected from Máire Áine Ní Dhonnchadha of Knock):
