BRECHIN LASSES. Scottish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The tune appears in Charles Stewart's 1799 and James Walker's 1800 collections, and Walker attributes the tune to Stewart. Brechin is a town in Angus (see note for "annotation:Brechin Castle").
