CECILY ROSS. Scottish, Pipe Reel (cut time). A Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABCD. "Cecily Ross" was composed by piper Rod Campbell for the daughter of piper William Ross, in whose collection the tune was first printed. William Ross was one of the most influential pipers of the 20th century.
