CHARK'S HORNPIPE. AKA - "Clark's Hornpipe (5)." English, "Old" or Triple Hornpipe (3/2 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The melody appears in Walsh's third volume of Lancashire tunes (Lancashire Jigs, Hornpipes and Joaks, etc.) published in London around the year 1731.
