COPENHAGEN HORNPIPE [1]. AKA and see "Brown's Hornpipe (2)," "Jones's Hornpipe (3)," "Malthouse Hornpipe (The)." American, Hornpipe. E Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. W. Blackman printed the tune as "Jones's Hornpipe (3)" in his Selection of the Most Favorite Hornpipes for the Violin (London, c. 1810-22), and William Bradbury Ryan included a 2nd version of the tune in his collection under the title "Bonnie Annie (4)." "Can be used as a Clog," says the note in Ryan's Mammoth.
