CRAIGLUG REEL. Scottish, Reel. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. Composed by Peter Milne (1824-1908), the "Tarland Minstrel," as a companion piece to be played following his slow strathspey "Craiglug Brig." Craiglug is a village in Aberdennshire, along the River Dee. See also the melodically related Cape Breton "Fancy Hornpipe."
