ELLEN O'GRADY (Eiblin Ní Grada). AKA and see "Kitty O'Hea." Irish, Slip Jig (9/8 time). A Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The tune appears as an untitled slip jig in the mid-19th century music manuscript collection of County Cork uilleann piper and Church of Ireland cleric James Goodman [1]. See also the air "Kitty O'Hea" in Stanford/Petrie (1905, No. 512). The first part of this tune is also used for the English song "Sorry the Day I Was Married" (Roud 1561).
