GREEN MOUNTAIN BOYS [1]. AKA and see "Maid of Bellevue." New England, Jig (6/8 time). The tune was associated with the country dance "Green Mountain Volunteers." However, it appears to have a Scottish provenance, as "Maid of Bellevue", recorded by dance band leader and accordion player Jimmy Shand in 1953.
