"Kate Kenver Waltz" can be found in the mid-19th century music manuscript of William Winter, a shoemaker and violin player who lived in West Bagborough in Somerset, southwest England. Woolfe notes the title was unclear in the manuscript, however, the tune is a version of "Kate Kearney Waltz", cognate with other versions in the second strain, although the first strain is different than other versions[1].
