Composed by Nenagh, County Tipperary, fiddle player and composer biography:Seán Ryan (1919-1985), of Nenagh, County Tipperary. Kilcooley house and woodland, a landed estate in Kilkenny, County Tipperary, Ireland, near Ryan's native homestead, is the site of the remains of an old Cistercian Abbey on the ancient route to Cashel.
