LEE COUNTY BLUES. AKA and see "KC Railroad Blues." Old-Time, Country Blues. The tune was originally recorded in 1925 by the Georgia duo George Walburn and Emmett Hethcox. North Carolina old-time musician Fred Cockerham played the tune under the title "KC Railroad Blues." "Carroll County Blues" is a related melody.
