MISS CAMPBELL'S FANCY. English, Reel (cut time). B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. "Miss Campbell's Fancy" was composed by music publisher and fiddler William Campbell who named it perhaps after a sister or daughter. As a music publisher, Campbell was active in Soho, London, from c. 1778 to c. 1815, issuing country dance collections every year.
