MRS. MURRAY('S REEL). AKA and see "Miss Murray's Reel." Scottish, Cape Breton; Reel. F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune is "Miss Murray's Reel," first printed by Robert Bremner in 1757. Directions for the dance to a reel with this title were written down in 1752 by John McGill, dancing master in Girvan, for his students.
