NEGRO SUPPERTIME. AKA - "Suppertime". American, Reel (cut time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The original title was probably "N..... Suppertime" ^[1], sanitized by the record company. The original source for the tune was the Nations Brothers (Shelton on fiddle and Marshall on guitar), Lincoln County, Mississippi, who recorded ten sides in 1935, eight of which were issued.
