O'MEAGHER OF IKERRIN. Irish, March (2/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A clan march. The O'Meaghers (also Meachair, Maher, Meagher, etc.) were an ancient clan who held lands in northeast County Tipperary, between the provinces of Munster and Leinster, an area known as Ikerrin (Ui Cairin).
