PARTIE DE LANCIER [1] (Part of a Lancer's). AKA - "4e partie de lancier." AKA and see "Lancier Bouchard 4ème partie." French-Canadian, Quadrille or Jig (6/8 time). C Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. "Partie de lancier [1]" is from the repertory of fiddler "Jos" Joseph Bouchard (1905-1979), and was originally part of a Lancers set, as the title indicates (see note for "Lancers").
