QUADRILLE ST-JEAN. French-Canadian, Quadrille or Country Dance Tune (cut time). C Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. "Quadrille St-Jean" was recorded in 1930 (with figure calling) by the group Trois Copains (Three Friends/Buddys). The second strain of the quadrille is the first strain of the country dance tune "My Love is but a Lassie Yet (1)."
