REEL BEN BEN VIEUX (Very, very old reel). AKA - "Reel à Théo." AKA and see "Roaring Mary." French-Canadian, Reel (cut time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. The reel is a version of the Irish reel "Roaring Mary," particularly popular with Acadian fiddlers, including from the Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Québec, where was recorded as "Reel à Théo" by the group Suroît.
