B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Jamie Knowles (1993) identifies this tune as an unusual version of “Morpeth Rant (1).” John Moore entered the melody in his mid-19th century music manuscript collection as "[[New Sailor's Hornpipe (The)."
