SCOTCH MEASURE [1]. English, Reel (cut time). England, Northumberland. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A generic title, as the Scotch Measure is a form of dance tune (see entry for "annotation:Scots Measure"), however, as Matt Seattle (2008) points out, the tune is not in the usual Scots Measure form but rather is a regular reel.
