See also the related slip jig “<incipit title="load:Mind" width=850 link="https://tunearch.org/wiki/My Mind Will Never be Easy">My Mind Will Never be Easy</incipit>/Aisy.” The alternate title, "Pete Sullivan's" may possibly refer to a dancing master of that name; he was a native of County Kerry, who along with fellow Kerryman Con O'Sullivan, ran separate Irish dancing schools in St. Louis in the mid-20th century and who organised ceili gatherings and feiseanna.
