SUZE, LA. Scottish, Country Dance Tune (2/4 time). AKA and see "Belle Halimande (La)." G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. "Nowella Ballandoise (La)" in Alexander McGlashan's Collection of Scots Measures (1781, p. 26), in triple time, is probably a variant of this tune which would seem to have a French provenance.
