Source for notated version : - The tune was played by fiddler Irvin Yaugher Jr., Mt. Independence, southwestern Pa., Oct. 19, 1943--Yaugher himself had the tune from Bill Lowry, a local fiddler [Bayard]; fiddler Tom McCreesh with Fennig's All Star String Band (N.Y.) [Phillips].
