SWOWER CREEK [1]. AKA and see "Harlequin Hornpipe (1)," "Constitution Hornpipe (2)." American, Hornpipe. USA, southwestern Pa. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'B. Bayard (1981) speculates the title could be a corruption of the Pennsylvania Dutch name Schwaber (pronounced “SWOH-wer”). He also thinks "Men from Ulster (The)" could be a related tune."
