Source O’Leary remarked that Kerry musician Tom Billy Murphy had a vast repertoire, a “world of music”: “Padraig (O’Keeffe) got all his music from Tom Billy. Poor Tom wouldn’t see him at all, Padraig taking it down shorthand” (Moylan). This tune was often paired with “Hennigan's Favourite” by O’Leary. See also the related “Jackson's Post-Chaise.”
