"Sandy" Skinner and appears in his brother wikipedia:James_Scott_Skinner's Miller o' Hirn Collection (1881). Both brothers were excellent violinists and dancing masters. The wikipedia:Union_Chain_Bridge or Union Bridge is a suspension bridge that spans the River Tweed four miles upstream of Berwick, straddling the border between England and Scotland.
