WRECKER'S DAUGHTER [2]. AKA and see "Wild Goose Chase (3)" (Dixon, Missouri). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Appears as "Breakdown #153" in Christeson (1973) who had it by the above title from Joe Johnson (Lincoln, Nebraska). Christeson says the alternate title "Wild Goose Chase" was also the name of a popular square dance figure for which this tune was most often played and may have lent its name to the tune; its true title is unknown.
