N:Collins was originally from St. Anne's, Placentia Bay, NF, but later moved to
N:St. Johns, NF. He was one of 12 children who all learned the accordion from
N:their parents, Bridget and Jim, who also played the accordion. Jim Collins was
N:also a well-known stepdancer.
