BY THE BROOKSIDE (Ann Aice an Srutan). AKA and see "Down the Burn Davie Lad (1)." Irish, Air (4/4 time). C Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The tune is the Scots "Down the Burn, Davie Lad", printed by Nathaniel Gow in 1822.
