Sometimes American old-time records were released in Canada with pseudonyms for the original artists (the Kessinger Brothers, for example, became "The Old Timers" when "Little Betty Brown" was issued in Canada), but George Wade and His Cornhuskers were a very popular group from Ontario in the early 78 RPM era. Fiddler Jean Carignan was a member of the band for a time.
