Red Hills Polka

The 1st sentence is incorrect. There is no Red Hills, IL. The tune is named after Red Hills State Park, located between Olney & Lawrenceville, IL. It was collected & recorded by the Allen Street String Band on their cassette "In Good Company," recorded March-May 1987. I think Bob Holt got it from the Allen Street String Band, but I am not certain about that.
