N: "We were visiting the late Mick Cronin up beyond Gneevgullia one
N: pitch-dark night some years back. I was parking the car near a
N: fence when suddenly one his cows - which, unbeknownst to me, had
N: presumably been sound asleep on the other side of the same fence -
N: awakened and let forth a hair-raising MOOO. Naturally I yelped and
N: dropped my banjo at the unexpected noise, and of course the racket
N: only scared the poor beast even more. By the time we were leaving,
N: no cow was in evidence - guess she had gone across the field to sleep
N: in peace far from any crazy urban banjo players. This tune is dedicated
N: to her."
