This is a documentation subpage for Template:Category unsourced.
It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

Description

This template will categorise tagged articles into Category:Articles with unsourced categories.

Please add this template if a category is used without sources to verify its appropriateness. Use it if the text in the article that supports the category is unsourced. Consider adding the {{Citation needed}} template next to the unsourced statement as well.

This template is a self-reference.

Usage

Type {{Category unsourced|Name of category|date=November 2024}}

Don't add "Category:" or "[[ ]]" square brackets.
If you forget the date parameter, a bot will add it later.
