Blackman printed the tune as "Jones's Hornpipe (3)" in his Selection of the Most Favorite Hornpipes for the Violin (London, c. 1810-22), and William Bradbury Ryan included a 2nd version of the tune in his collection under the title "Bonnie Annie (4)." "Can be used as a Clog," says the note in Ryan's Mammoth. See also Joseph Allard's recording under the title "Reel du Goglu," and north Yorkshire fiddler Lawrence Leadley's music manuscript version as "Quick's Hornpipe."
